The Personal Assistance to the Wife of Abia State Governor, Mrs. Goodness Nworgu, has described the Wife of Abia Governor Mrs Nkechi, Ikpeazu as a woman full of milk of human kindness whom she is learning from.
Mrs. Goodness, stated this at her thanksgiving service and birthday celebration at Seventh Day Adventist Church, Ukaegbu Road Aba.
According to her, “God has been of immense help to me and this help is being transmitted to those I am better off irrespective of how little it may be, I was raised in a home where helping each other is a culture and I will continue to help humanity and serve God for the rest of my life “.
” I sing today because I am happy, God in all the things I passed through kept me, so I am using the occasion of my birthday to say thank you God ”
Mrs. Goodness further disclosed that working with the wife of Abia Governor, Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu has given meaning to her life adding that she has learnt a lot from her humility.
Earlier, Pastor Stanley Ikpeoha, in his sermon titled ‘Gracious Invitation’ said that our invitation by God to serve comes with forgiveness and blessings.
Pastor Ikpeoha maintained that without forgiveness in our heart it is impossible for anyone to enter the kingdom of God. However, he commend Mrs. Goodness for her show of love to the church and those around her during her thanksgiving and birthday celebration.
In their remarks, the Director of Protocol, office of the wife of the Governor, Mr Ben Enyioko, Mr. Bonnie Ijioma, said that they have come to mark the day with her because of her conviviality and humility at the workplace and pray that God will continue to bless her.
