Lawmaker, Erondu Jnr Hails Ogbonna At 78

The Chairman, House Committee on Public Service, Abia State House of Assembly (ABHA), Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jnr has congratulated Chief Isaac Ogbonna on his 78th birthday, describing him as a worthy son of Abia state.

In a statement signed by his spokesperson, George Egejuru and made available to newsmen today, Erondu Jnr, described Chief Ogbonna, popularly known as Akurulo-ndi-Igbo, Ikuku 1, Elesighi elesi as an elder statesman who has used his immense talents and energy for the service of Abia state and humanity at large.

The former chairman, Obingwa Local Government Area (LGA), further maintained that Chief Ogbonna is an inspirational leader who has matched vision with courage and has remained steadfast in his pursuit of the right cause and common good of everyone in Ngwa nation, Abia state and Nigeria at large.

In his words: “Akurulo-ndi-Igbo, Ikuku 1, Elesighi elesi as you march on in your purposeful journey of life, may God continue to endow you with sound health and wisdom to continue to serve God and humanity”.
