It was a gathering of leaders, stakeholders, youths, men and women across party lines in Abia State as they stormed the Umuagu Omoba ,Country Home of the Member Representing the good people of Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Dennis Rowland Chinwendu for his Inauguration thanksgiving and reception ceremony.
In his remarks, the Chairman of the occasion, Hon. Elder Chinagorom Nwankpa expressed his gratitude to God for the emergence and successful inauguration of Hon. Dennis Rowland Chinwendu as the Member Representing Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency and stated that today was a remarkable day set aside to thank God for His faithfulness towards His good deeds.
Elder Nwankpa stated that Hon. Dennis Rowland was adequately prepared to represent the people of Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency.
He encouraged all to give him the needed support in his legislative assignment.
In his goodwill message, the PDP Chairman of Isiala Ngwa South LGA Sir Edwin Ihejirika acknowledged that power belongs to God and appreciated God’s favour upon Hon. Dennis. He further advised Hon. Dennis to continue in his goodwill and lay an indelible mark in the annals of Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency.
The immediate past Member Representing Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency, Rt. Hon. Barr. Chikwendu Kanu in his goodwill message, expressed his happiness on the successful inauguration of Hon. Dennis as a Legislature. He noted that “this is the beginning of an era for the people of Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency”, and urged them to give all the necessary support to Hon. Dennis Rowland Chinwendu in his legislative assignment. He encouraged the members of the legislative arm to bring laws that will positively affect the people of Abia State.
In their various speeches, Prof. ACB Agbazuere and Hon. Ike Anyataonwu thanked the people of Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency for their support to Hon. Dennis and urged him to continue to render the dividends of democracy to his constituents. They stated that Hon. Dennis is the perfect choice for Ndi Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency. They emphatically stated that PDP will not die and urged PDP members to remain consistent and resolute.
The Abia State PDP Chairman Rt. Hon. Alwell Asiforo Okere, ably represented by Chief Sir Gabriel Okereke Elendu expressed his gratitude to the people of Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency for their support to their son, Hon. Dennis. He encouraged them to remain firm and steadfast in PDP.
The Special Guest of Honour, the Speaker Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Emeruwa stated that Hon. Dennis Rowland Chinwendu will make a good legislature.
Hon Emeruwa made emphasis of his contribution at the just concluded workshop held for Members of the 8th House of Assembly.
He further stated that, “we are going to give the people of Abia State a super legislative governance, and I expect everyone to cue up and obey government rules and regulations for a better Abia”.
The host, member representing the good people of Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Dennis Rowland Chinwendu in his speech thanked God for his numerous deeds towards him and his unique family. He expressed his profound gratitude to the good people of Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency for their support and solidarity before, during and after the general elections.
He further assured his constituents that he will represent them effectively by making laws that will affect them positively, carrying out his oversight functions and ensure that the true dividends of democracy is delivered to the people.
