Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has presented brand new vehicles to the 17 Local Government Area Chairmen and their Deputies.
Speaking while presenting the vehicles at Government House, Umuahia, the Governor said the vehicles would enable them perform effectively and serve their people well.
He urged other public officers who are yet to receive vehicles to exercise patience, assuring that they would get theirs in due time.
In a vote of thanks, the ALGON Chairman, Abia State and executive Chairman of Obingwa LGA, Mr. Hanson Amaechi thanked the Governor for his kind gesture.
He said Dr. Ikpeazu has done the highest a Governor can do to his foot soldiers and assured that they would make judicious use of it.
