Ikpeazu Condoles With Former Commissioner Over Loss of Husband

The Wife of Abia State Governor Mrs. Nkechi Ikpeazu, has commiserated with the family of Ugoeze Kate Onyemachi, over the loss of her husband, His Royal Majesty, Eze Chima Odomegbulam, whose funeral took place today at the family compound Amankwu village at Isiala Ahaba Autonomous Community of Ikwuano Local Government Area, Abia State.

In a tribute, the Governor’s wife said that the late Eze Onyemachi, will be remembered by the enviable legacies he left through his role as a loving father, provider and protector of the family.

Mrs. Ikpeazu also expressed that the late monarch contributions to the political development of Ikwuano, Abia and his humble service to God and Humanity as a community leader Will continue to set him apart as a peaceful man.

The Governor’s wife prayed to God to grant the family and community the fortitude to bear the loss.

In a sermon, the Bishop of Ikwuano Diocese of Saint Philip Anglican Cathedral Ahaba Oloko, Rev. Chigozirim Onyegbule, said that we should worship God in truth and honesty at all times knowing that a day will come when we shall give account of our lives because God is interested in the kind of life we live here on earth.

Eze Onyemachi before his death was a former Executive Chairman of Ikwuano LGA and Traditional ruler of Isiala Ahaba Oloko in Ikwuano LGA, in Abia State.
