I once dreamt that I’d marry Funke Akindele but she didn’t believe me – JJC Skillz

The entertainment industry might seem glamorous to a number of people but it has its ups and downs. Several celebrities find it hard to get married and when they eventually do, it is often welcomed with joy. Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele has impressed people over the years with her talent. However a few fans still regarded her as being incomplete because she was a single woman. Luckily for her, she found love with a music producer, Abdulrasheed Bello, better known as JJC Skillz and they tied the knot in 2016. The couple celebrated their wedding anniversary in August 2018. Recently JJC took to his Instagram handle to recount the time he had a dream about marrying Funke. According to him, it happened just around Christmas in 2012. He told the star about his dream but she did not take it seriously. He wrote: “I have to testify God is great I had a dream one night around Christmas 2012 that I will be married to @funkejenifaakindele and believing in the mighty God I trust I approached and she didn’t believe me. Daaaaah Lol A week of romance Ended We broke up and I wrote this song to send a message of what is to come. My God has never lied or lead me astray A year later she had a calling to find me and so the story continues. The Master architect is at work. #Godisalive #listentoyourdreams #havehope” Fans are however glad to see that it is in the past and they have a beautiful family together. They are no doubt one of Nigeria’s favourite celebrity couple. The actress and her husband recently welcomed the birth of twins and shared a family photo to the joy of their fans.
