The Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Barr. Tony Nwamuo, has described the Abia state Governor, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu (Ph.D) as a rare gem, a silent achiever and the Rebuilder of Abia state.
Nwamuo, in his congratulatory birthday message, said Dr. Ikpeazu is worthy of celebration, having distinguished himself as an intellectual in governance, with all sectors of governance in Abia, experiencing exponential growth under his administration.

According to him, there are many reasons to thank God for Gov Ikpeazu, noting that the clean bill of health, God has blessed the Governor of Abia State with, remained priceless.
He maintained that attaining such milestone in life and public service was not a mean feat.
The legal luminary disclosed that Gov. Ikpeazu’s record in governance remained unparalleled, further describing him as a servant leader whose pedigree and profile capture a meritorious life and cognate experience that cuts across all sectors.
