Governor Ikpeazu charges new SSG to remain worthy ambassador of Abia State

Governor Ikpeazu charges new SSG Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has charged the newly sworn in Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Barr. Chris to remain the identity and ambassador of the state as well as bring his wealth of experience in service to the state.

Governor Ikpeazu who gave the charge during the swearing in ceremony at Government House Umuahia,noted that his appointment as SSG was as “a result of painstaking search obtaining from his track record of excellence as a legal practitioner and a respected citizen of Abia”, and urged him to effectively coordinate the activities of the state government in Abia and beyond.

The Governor urged him to be firm and resolute in pursuing the state government’s vision in the years ahead.

While expressing confidence that the SSG will not disappoint the state,governor Ikpeazu urged Abians to cooperate with him to enable him succeed.

In his acceptance speech, the newly sworn in Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Chris Ezem while thanking the governor for finding him fit to serve the state, promised to give his best in service to the state adding that he will focus on the vision of the Ikpeazu administration as well as add value to the state.
