Gov Ikpeazu set to be issued with certificate of return by INEC

All is now set for  Abia state Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu to collect his certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) state headquarters,Umuahia.

Also to collect their certificate of return are members of the Abia state House of Assembly.
