CAF Champions, Esperance of Tunisia defeated Chivas of Mexico 6-5 on penalties to finish fifth in this year’s FIFA Club World Cup.
The match had to be decided on penalties after Esperance held their COCACAF opponents 1-1 after full time.
The African champions finished the match with ten men after Anice Badri was shown a second yellow card on 79 minutes while Houcine Rebai was shown a straight red for a challenge on Isaac Brizuela late in the match.
