Eze Enweremadu lauds Gov. Ikpeazu’s giant strides

The Ezeukwu of Ngwa-ukwu and the traditional head of Ngwa land, His Eminence Eze (Sir) Dr. Bernard Onyenguzo Enweremadu has lauded the Abia state governor, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu for equitably distributing the dividends of democracy across the state despite all odds.

The 13th traditional head of Ngwa land, who stated this today in his palace in Ngwaukwu, Isiala-Ngwa North Local Government Area (LGA), Abia state, urged all to support the Abia Governor to continue his good works.

Fielding questions from newsmen, the royal father, pointed out that Gov. Ikpeazu, as a worthy son of Ngwa land, has maintained a cordial relationship with the traditional institution in the state.

Eze Enweremadu further disclosed that Abia state belongs to Ukwa-Ngwa and Old Bende zones as enshrined in the late Dr. Michael Okpara-led Abia charter of Equity, also applauded the immediate past Abia Governor, Senator T.A. Orji for allowing the governorship seat to go Ukwa-Ngwa zone for the first time in the history of the state.

He called on government at all levels to support traditional rulers, noting that it ensures peace and stability in our communities.

Enweremadu who also expressed expressed appreciation to God Almighty for healing Gov. Ikpeazu from the dreaded Coronavirus, charged all Abians to be peaceful and love one another, for the stability of the state.
