Ex-Abia Deputy Governor Optimistic About Nigeria’s Reformation, Calls For Patience, Unity

 

Former Deputy Governor of Abịa State, Comrade Chris Akomas has called for patience from Nigerian citizens as the Federal Government puts up efforts to make life comfortable for all.

 

 

The erstwhile Federal Commissioner representing Abịa at the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission, gave the admonition during an interview at Nenu, Obingwa Local Government Area.

 

He stated that as the country go through reformation, for proper progress and sustainable democratic system, and given the efforts to ensure food security and good governance, there was need for everyone to be patient and work in unity for progress.

Comrade Akomas, while urging Nigerians to pray for and support those in authority, at all times, posited that there is joy in sharing and tasked all to share a little of what they have with the others.

 

The former Deputy Governor thanked God “for seeing us through into the new year”, even as he further urged all to continue to serve God, glorify his name and love one another.

 

 

 

He expressed optimism that the new year will usher in more dividends of democracy to our countrymen and women.
