EPL: Alex Iwobi Disunite Newcastle United

Nigerian international Alex Iwobi scored a 99th-minute goal to earn Everton a precious victory in their fight against relegation as they held on to beat Newcastle despite being reduced to 10 men.

Allan was sent off with seven minutes remaining for fouling Newcastle substitute Allan Saint-Maximin. Referee Craig Pawson consulted the pitch side monitor and overturned his initial decision to book the Everton midfielder.

In the ninth minute of additional time, substitute Dominic Calvert-Lewin led a breakaway and slipped Iwobi through before he found the net.

Everton boss, Frank Lampard, players and fans inside the Goodison  Park celebrated the win as if they have won the Premier League. This is their second win in 13 league games. They are now three points above the relegation zone.
