Enyimba International will continue to move forward, Kanu says, appreciates Gov. Otti, Deputy.
The Chairman of Enyimba International Football Club Aba, Mr. Nwankwo Kanu, has assured that the Club would continue to work very hard to ensure that on and off the field, they will remain a proud bride of Abians and Nigerians.
Interacting with newsmen in Umuahia, on the recent outing of the Club where they defeated Etoile Filante at Uyo stadium, Akwa Ibom state in the ongoing Confederation Cup, also commended the Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti and his Deputy, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu for unflinching support towards the Club’s success.
Kanu said that since he took over the affairs of the club, the Governor has been helping all the Clubs in the state, which is also serving as a motivation to them
He moreover attributed the successes recorded in the Club to God, whom he said remains the secret of Enyimba International success.
“I will remain thankful to God for His help towards us. God has been listening to our prayers and my club is moving forward.
“I want to also use this opportunity to thank His Excellency Dr. Alex Otti and his Deputy Governor Engr Ikechukwu Emetu, they have been giving Enyimba International hundred percent support to all the clubs in the state and Enyimba is one of them. They have been backing us and that’s why you see all these good performances from the players”.
