Friends and well wishers of family of the Abia state deputy governor used the occasion of birthday celebration of the wife of the deputy governor, Lady Vivian Ude Okochukwu to pour encomium on her and described her as a mother, wife and woman with heart of gold, whose accommodating spirit, devotion to God and her husband, selfless services to the society and other sterling qualities remain unequal and emulating.
The brief but colourful event saw just handful of few close friends of the state No 2 family present extolling the virtues of the celebrant who has been part of the and has contributed immensely to the success story of the man- Rt Hon (Sir) Ude Oko Chukwu, Nigeria’s most acclaimed humble and loyal deputy governor.
Speaking, Sir Oko Chukwu thanked God for the blessings of life and good health upon his wife and said that the family was grateful to God for the addition of another age on her.
He appreciated the wife for her support and encouragement and prayed to God to grant her many more blissful years.
In her words of gratitude, Lady Oko Chukwu thanked all present who came to celebrate her and stated that she remained grateful to God who attended another age to her and her husband for friendship, encouragement and support in all she had become.
Meanwhile, members of the Press crew, office of the deputy governor has extended their heart warm felicitation to the wife of their principal on the occasion of her birthday.
Members of the crew expressed gratitude to God for the bountiful blessings on the family particularly the attainment of another age circle of the mother and wife to the Oko Chukwu’s family.
