Prominent entrepreneur and political figure, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, has hailed the administration of Governor Alex Otti, describing his leadership as inspirational, effective, and guided by divine purpose.
Dr. Anyaso gave the commendation in Aba during a gathering organized by the Old Bende Progressive Forum, where political leaders, community stakeholders, and residents came together to reaffirm their faith in the Otti government.
Dr. Anyaso expressed delight over what he described as the visible transformation taking place across Abia State since the governor assumed office.
“Your Excellency, in just a short time, your impact has reached every corner of Abia, including our Old Bende area. We see improved infrastructure, restored order, better lighting, and above all, a renewed sense of dignity among our people,” he said.
He commended Governor Otti for demonstrating what he termed “sincere and accountable leadership rooted in service, transparency, and integrity,” adding that the administration’s achievements have rekindled public confidence in government.
“For many years, we hoped for real leadership. Today, it is clear that God has answered that prayer through you. You have proven that true leaders are known by results, not by words,” he added, receiving thunderous applause from the audience.
Reaffirming the loyalty of the Old Bende people, Dr. Anyaso pledged their continued support for Governor Otti beyond the 2027 elections, stressing that the community stands firmly behind his mission to rebuild and modernize Abia State.
“Old Bende is proud of your courage, sincerity, and determination to move Abia forward. We are with you all the way now and beyond 2027,” he assured.
Dr. Anyaso also appreciated the governor on behalf of the Old Bende Federal Constituency, applauding him for “restoring the honour and pride of Abia people” through purposeful leadership and visionary governance.
“Thank you, Governor Otti, for bringing back our pride and proving that Abia is once again on the path of progress,” he said.
The event attracted a wide range of political leaders, youth groups, and community representatives from across the state, and was viewed by observers as a strong expression of public confidence in the current administration as well as a sign of increasing political unity across Abia.
