CP Onwuemelie reemphasizes the need for community policing.
The Commissioner of Police, Abia State command, CP Kenechukwu Owuemelie, psc, fwc, MNIM, fdc, has reemphasized the importance of community policing.
Speaking when he held a meeting with Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers, Tactical Commanders, and other strategic officers of the command, CP Onwuemelie therefore urged strategic officers to continue engaging with necessary stakeholders to educate and sensitize them on security measures.
The Commissioner of Police appreciated the efforts of officers in combating crime in the state and encouraged them to maintain and improve their efforts in curbing crime and criminality in their respective areas of Responsibility.
