The people of Aro Abam (Nde Ahuma, Nde Idima, Nde Okereke, Ndi Eme), have thanked the Aro Sons and Daughtersin America for providing palliatives to cushion the hardship ocassioned by Corona virus pandemic.
They also appreciated member representing Arochukwu State Constituency, Hon Mike Ukoha for his gesture.
Speaking while sharing the palliatives at Ozu Abam, the leader of the community, Mazi Uwakwe Okereke, thanked Aros in America for remembering them and the lawmaker, for facilitating the process, saying that what they have done, shall always be remembered.
Mazi Okereke explained that Aro Abam have been doing well and living in peace and harmony with the people of Abam, and prayed God to continue to bless them.
Responding, Hon Mike Ukoha explained that what the Aros in America have done, is an indication that they are thoughtful of them.
He assured that he will continue to partner with those in the diaspora to see ways they make Aro great.
The lawmaker, hinted that as brothers and sisters, there is the need for partnership for the betterment of everyone, and thanked them for living in peace and harmony with Abam people.
