Court reaffirms Ndukwe APC led executives in Abia as authentic

A high Court sitting today in Abia, has reaffirmed the authenticity of Mr. Emmanuel Ndukwe led executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abia State chapter.

In the High Court of Isiala Ngwa Judicial Division, at Okpuala Ngwa before Justice C.U Okoroafor, reaffirmed Mr. Ndukwe led APC as the authentic leadership of the party in the state.

Before Justice Okoroafor, the court dismissed the spirited efforts and applications by the counsel representing the Hon Donatus Nwankpa’s led executives, to have the court vacate its order of 8th March, which had Ndukwe’s executives as the only recognized executive of the APC in Abia.

The court also dismissed the efforts/applications of the counsels to the Nwankpa’s faction of the Party, for a stay of execution of the Court order of the 8th March 2018.

The Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Mike Ozoemena, expressed happiness over the ruling, saying that the court still upheld their rulings of 8th March, despite the actions of the out gone National chairman of the party, Chief Odigie Oyegun.

Ozoemena said the new leadership of the party, under the watch of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole would obey the judgment of the Court to the later.
