Commissioner Hails Ikpeazu Over Rehabilitation Of Ohuhu Ring Road

 

 

 

Abia State Commissioner for Finance Dr Aham Uko has commended Governor Okezie Ikpeazu over the rehabilitation of the Ohuhu Ring Road in Umuahia North LGA saying it will open up the communities for more commercial activities.

 

 

 

Dr. Uko who gave the commendation while addressing a delegation of Umuhu Youth Federated in his Nkwoegwu Ohuhu Country home, said that the Administration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has in many ways affected positively the average life of Ndi Ohuhu.

 

 

 

According to him, the people of Ohuhu will continue to be grateful to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for his committed efforts in re-engineering the socio-economic advancement of Ohuhu Land as exemplified by the ongoing rehabilitation of the Ohuhu ring road.

He noted that apart from the ongoing rehabilitation of the Ohuhu ring road, the Administration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has approved the construction of some other major roads in Ohuhu to open up more communities for commercial activities.

 

 

 

The Finance Commissioner while acknowledging the importance of infrastructure to the growth of any society, promised that Stakeholders in Ohuhu will continue to work on synergy with his adminstration to ensure the even distribution of appointments and other democracy dividends across the two political blocs in Ohuhu land.

Dr Uko also thanked the youths of Umuhu for their support and solidarity to the administration of Governor Ikpeazu, adding that the socio-economic advancement of Ohuhu Land is the collective responsibility of all Sons and Daughters of the area.
