Christian Chukwu, former Super Eagles captain and coach, has arrived London, United Kingdom for medical treatment. He was accompanied by his wife Lilian Nkeiruka.

You will recall that the Chairman of Forte Oil, Mr. Femi Otedola donated $50,000 to ensure that the former Green Eagles captain gets the best of healthcare in London.
Chukwu was the skipper when the Green Eagles as the Super Eagles were then called won their first African Cup of Nation in 1980.
He was the chief coach of the Super Eagles between 2002 and 2005. He took the Super Eagles to a third place finish in the 2004 AFCON hosted by Tunisia.
