Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia Resigns From Action Peoples Party, APP

 

The founder of the Team Nwa-Abia Movement, TNM, and former house of assembly candidate under the platform of the Action Peoples Party, APP, Chief Chris Akachukwu Nwa-Abia has announced the resignation of his membership of the APP.

 

In a press statement issued in Umuahia and signed by him, Chief Chris Nwa-Abia, said that he has decided to resign his membership of the APP after due consultations with his family, friends and political associates.

 

 

The statement further said that he is consulting widely on his next political moves which will be made public in due course, Chris Nwa-Abia disclosed.

Chris Nwa-Abia who holds the traditional title of Ihie Ohuhu and Omeroha Isingwu, stressed that his political philosophy is consistent with advancing programmes and activities that will benefit the masses, as well as impact positively in the lives of the greater majority of our people irrespective of political party linings.

 

 

He said that he holds the beliefs that politics should be an avenue to render selfless service and touch lives, and should not be seen or used as a platform to enrich oneself at the expense of the masses, adding that he is open and ready to partner like minds and groups to advance the course of humanity.

Chris Nwa-Abia disclosed that his letter of resignation has been communicated to the ward leadership of the APP.
