Chimaobi Anyaso supports old Bende Division’s endorsement of Otti for second term

A prominent Abia politician, Dr Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, has fully aligned himself with the decision of the old Bende stakeholders endorsing the second term bid of governor Alex Otti.

The old Bende progressive forum comprising stakeholders in the eight local governments that make of the old Bende has risen from their meeting to endorse the candidature of Gov Otti and declare that no some of the area should contest the 2027 Abia governorship election with the governor.

Their ground was premised on the good governance drive the governor has so far exhibited in his statecraft of Abia State, particularly his transformational work that are facing changing the narrative and proofing that the government can after all be responsive and sincere to the yeanings of her people and put in place policies and programmes of impacting positively on the lives of the citizenry..

He stated that the endorsement was born out of the fact that the governor has, in less than two years, demonstrated uncommon leadership, fiscal discipline, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to the transformation of Abia State.

According to him, from infrastructure renewal to transparent governance, this administration has rekindled hope in the possibilities of purposeful leadership.

Dr Anyaso contended that as a proud son of Abia and someone who has deeply invested in the progress of our dear state, he stand firmly with Governor Otti and those who believe in a new Abia—driven by competence, integrity, and inclusive development.

“This is not just an endorsement of a communiqué. It is a reaffirmation of our shared hope for a greater Abia State and a call to all Abians to remain steadfast in support of a government that is delivering on its promises, ” he said.

He therefore called on all to continue to join in building together and to stand with a leadership that’s working for the good and development of Abia State.
