Chima Anyaso demands end to human carnage in Benue State
A philanthropist and politician, Dr Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, has called for an immediate end to the unjust and senseless killings going on in Benue State.
Dr. Anyaso regretted that the stories of the slaughtering of innocent lives are not just numbers and headlines but human lives, dreams, families, and futures being brutally and prematurely terminated.
While consoling bereaved families over the lose of their loved ones, Dr. Anyaso warned this cycle of violence must be brought to an abrupt end in Benue State that has suffered immeasurable killings in recent times.
He cautioned that no community in the country deserves to live in perpetual fear of possible annihilation.
The Chief Executive of Caades Group made it clear that no responsible government would fold its arms and treat such tragedies with silence or delay and, therefore, called on the federal government, security agencies and relevant authorities to swing into action and nip in the bud further killings in the state.
The great philanthropist said that Nigerians can not afford to live in its false premise but rest up and protect her people.
