Breaking: Atiku’s wife, Nkolika visits Abia, begs Royal fathers for support

The wife of the PDP Presidential candidate, Dr Nkolika Atiku Abubakar, has visited Abia state with a first stop to traditional rulers to plead for their support.

Mrs Abubakar who is on a two day visit to the state, paid a courtesy visit to traditional rulers and their wives at the Aguiyi Ironsi conference centre Umuahia, calling on ndigbo not to loose the opportunity coming to the zone as a vote for Atiku is a vote for ndigbo.

Disclosing the strong tie the incoming president, as well as his running mate have with the South East, she said in the new dispensation, ndigbo would not be neglected as it is with the APC government, begging the monarch to go and inform their subjects why they should come out enmesse on February 16th to vote for PDP.

Responding, Eze F.N. Ikpeazu, the Enachoken of Abiriba, Eze kalu Ogbu and Eze Josiah Nwabeke, who spoke on behalf of royal fathers from Abia South, Abia North and Central respectively, thanked the wife of the incoming president for coming and promised to give their vote massively to the Atiku/Obi ticket, as a vote for them is a vote of liberation.
