‘Be alive to your responsibilities’ – Gov Ikpeazu’s COS Charges Special Advisers

The Chief of Staff to the Governor, Prof. Anthony C.B. Agbazuere has charged the Body of Special Advisers to redouble their efforts and be alive to their responsibilities.

Prof Agbazuere who disclosed this when he received in audience, the Executive of the Body of Special Advisers to the Governor in Government House Umuahia, assured them of necessary supports to enable them carry out their duties effectively.

The Chief of Staff to Gov. Ikpeazu further urged them to emulate the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Chief Eze Chikamnayo and showcase projects executed by Gov Ikpeazu-led administration.

He commended Dr. Chikamnayo for his administrative acumen and launch of the Rebuilder365 series, adding that one project per day executed by Gov. Ikpeazu on various social media platforms has really gone a long way in propagating the excellent performance of the Governor in all facets of the state economy.

Earlier in his address, the Chairman, Body of Special Advisers to the Governor, Chief Collins Nwakanma said they came to acquaint themselves with his office as well as seek his advice and support to enable them perform optimally.

In a vote of thanks, the Secretary of the Body of Special Advisers, Obike Imoh Mascot thanked the Chief of Staff to the Governor for his swift response to issues affecting the body, his fatherly advice and warm reception accorded them.

The Permanent Secretary, Government House Umuahia, Mr Alozie Odoemela among other aides to the Governor were present during the visit.
