Footballs lovers in Abia State and environs who participated in the Broadcasting Corporation of Abia (BCA) Russia 2018 predict and win promo have been rewarded for their passion for sports.
The sponsor of the programme, Rt. Hon. Emeka Stanley, in a speech at the event thanked the station for the innovation and partnership with his ideology.
Emeka further stated that he decided to invest in sports because of its unifying factor and to increase the mental alertness of sports enthusiasts.
Earlier in his address, the Director General of the Broadcasting Corporation of Abia, Sir Uchenna Dike, thanked the sponsor for his giant stride and support for BCA.
Sir Dike used the forum to call on well meaning individuals to emulate Hon. Emeka, while reiterating the commitment of the Corporation for a better and quality programmes.
The chairman on the occasion, Sir Frank Ibe charged those who won in the competition to be magnanimous with their victory and always supporting and projecting activities of BCA all the times.
The star price of medium size refrigerator was won by Mr. Princely Kingsley Ngunu.
Dignitaries that grace the occasion includes, Engr. Dan Egbogu, Hon. Obioma Ekpem, Mr. Ejikeme Ikwunze (Mr. Football), Hon. Bob Mouris Nwuzo, Hon. Paul Taribo, Mr. Uba Alilionwu among others.
