Adekunle Gold celebrates dad as he is appointed Lagos state permanent secretary (photo)

Nigerian music star, Adekunle Gold, took to social media to celebrate his father’s achievements on December 31, 2018 – The 56-year-old man was appointed a Tutor General/Permanent Secretary for Education in Lagos state hence the celebration – The star could not contain his happiness as he even revealed that he shed tears of joy for his dad All over the world, people often celebrate their mothers but not a lot is heard about their fathers. This sometimes makes one wonder if their dads are not present in their lives or if they haven’t done enough to be celebrated. However a few people sometimes give honour to their fathers on social media and it is always a refreshing sight. Nigerian music star, Adekunle Gold, recently took to his Instagram page to shower accolades on his father as he listed his achievements. The entertainer was moved to do this after his dad, was honoured by the Lagos state government and appointed as the Tutor General/Permanent Secretary for Education. According to the star, his 56-year-old father has always been an upright and disciplined teacher who did his best to provide for his family despite not being engaged in malpractices. He further revealed that the accomplished teacher is also a very brilliant man as well as a published writer.
