Prof. Kalu gave the commendation during a thanksgiving service held on Sunday at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Ehimiri, Umuahia (Anglican Communion), in honour of Dame Nwagbara, who currently serves as a Commissioner in the Abia State Local Government Service Commission.

The SSG thanked God for His mercy and favour upon her life and prayed for continued strength, good health, and greater accomplishments.
