Abia Info Boss, Dr Eze Chikamnayo Condoles With Late Prince Emeka Obasi Family

The Abia state Government has commiserated with the family of former Commissioner for Information, Late Prince Emeka Obasi, stating that Prince Obasi demise was a huge loss to the Ministry of Information, the entire state and Nigeria at large.

The Abia state commissioner for Information and strategy, Dr. Eze Chikamnayo who stated this during a condolence visit to the family at their residence Azueke Ndume, Umuahia, described the former publisher of Hallmark Newspapers as an Abia Ambassador par excellence whose media expertise would be missed so much by the state especially at this critical time.

In his response, the younger brother of the deceased, Hon. Okezie Obasi, thanked the Abia Information boss for identifying with them at their trying moment and promised to carry the information ministry and the Abia State Government along as they prepare for the funeral.

Dignitaries present at the event include the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and strategy, Deaconess Caroline Igwe, the traditional ruler, Azueke autonomous community, Eze Okechukwu Onwubuariri, the State Director of Information, Comrade John Emejor among others.
