The Governor of Abia State, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, Ph.D has approved the appointments of Barr. Olugu Kalu Ugba as the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) to the Governor and Engr Agu Ndukwe Orji as General Manager, Abia State Road Maintenance Agency, (ABROMA).
A statement by the Secretary to the State Government Barr Chris Ezem, says the two appointments takes immediate effect.
