Twenty three new Commissioners have been sworn into the Abia State Executive Council with a charge by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu to align themselves with the vision of the state government as well as make their own input to expand the state’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) in their various ministries.
Speaking at the International Conference Center venue of the swearing in ceremony, Governor Ikpeazu while noting that appointments into public office is a call to duty, further charged them to put in their very best in service of their fatherland adding that they were chosen to play strategic roles in their various ministries.
