According to Nwanyanwu, Mrs. Otti has shown remarkable compassion through her regular visits and provision of essential supplies.

During her most recent visit, she donated bags of rice, beans, toiletries, cartons of tomatoes, spaghetti, and gallons of groundnut oil.

While expressing gratitude, the Comptroller also appealed for further support in addressing the facility’s pressing needs, including access to potable water, a utility vehicle, and additional bedding for the inmates.
