Abia EMS Rescues Accident Victims In Aba

Abia State Emergency Services (EMS), an agency established by the Governor of Abia State Okezie, Victor Ikpeazu today rescued accident victims around Alaoji, Aba – Port Harcourt express way.

From the information gathered from eye witnesses the accident The accident involved two vehicles, a trailer carrying a fourty feet container and an 18 seater commuter bus carrying passengers to Rivers state. It was reported that the container fell on top of the bus.

The accident may not be unconnected with the deplorable road condition of that axis of the federal highway.

However, in line with the motive for the establishment of the agency the Ambulance service was handy to rescue the victims who were immediately taken to a nearby hospital for quick attention and further treatment.

Recall, Okezie Ikpeazu in his avowed determination to render emergency services to accident victims so as to save lives established the agency and procured Ambulance buses that are strategically located in some major cities of Abia state .
