Spurs prepared for their opening Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday with manager Mauricio Pochettino saying the team must start treating Wembley like home.
The Argentine manager also said the Dortmund game, which is due to played on Wednesday (September 13), is ‘so important’ for his side who comfortably beat Everton 3-0 in the Premier League over the weekend.
Tottenham played their home games at Wembley last season but lost to both Bayer Leverkusen and Monaco.
They have also struggled to establish themselves in home league games at Wembley this season with a loss to Chelsea and draw against Burnley.
Spurs are joined by Real Madrid and Cypriot side APOEL as well as Dortmund in Group H.
Key Tottenham players including Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen are available for the game whilst Peter Bosz’s Dortmund will be without captain Marcel Schmelzer and defender Marc Bartra who has a groin injury.
