Easter: Eze Linto Felicitates Otti, Abians, Calls For Love

 

The Chairman Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Dr Linus Nto Mbah (LINTO) has sent warm greetings of Easter to the Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, his family, members of the State Executive Council and all Abians and residents in the State.

 

Eze Nto Mbah in his Easter goodwill message called on all to have a sober reflection on the essence of Easter period, being a commemoration of the atoning death and triumphant resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.

 

He said that the resurrection of Jesus Christ is the whole essence of Christianity as it solidified the faith of Christians and brought hope of salvation for mankind.

 

He thanked God for His unending love to the humanity which led him to give His only begotten son to die to save the world from eternal damnation.

 

The royal father called for all to emulate Jesus Christ, who sacrificed his life and died for all to be reconciled to God and show genuine love to their neighbours and people around them and promote peace in the society.

According to Eze Linus Nto Mbah, there is need for all to toe the line of Jesus Christ and become vanguards for love, peace and development at the various communities in Abia State.

 

Eze Linus Nto Mbah said that the current administration under the leadership of Governor Otti , who he described as ‘CHIOMA NDI ABIA” is demonstrating true love to the people of the State through fulfilling of his election promises of building a new Abia.

 

He said that in less than 3 years in office, Governor Otti has changed the narratives in road infrastructure which cuts across various communities in the state, education, health , security, welfare of the pensioners workers and even traditional institutions and enjoined all to sustain their support to the government of Governor Alex Otti.

 

He also encouraged all eligible Abians to ensure they obtain their voters card to enable them reelect Governor Otti in 2027.
