The leadership of the Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation (OACF) has commended its Founder and Principal, Dr. Oluebube A. Chukwu, for his consistent commitment to grassroots development, following the Foundation’s end-of-year Christmas outreach held on December 24, 2025, across the four zones of Umunneochi Local Government Area, Abia State.
In their separate remarks, zonal coordinators and representatives expressed appreciation to Dr. Chukwu for what they described as his generosity, reliability, and people-centered leadership.

In Umunneochi Zone 1, Engr. Okechukwu Kingsley Onyerisara thanked the Founder for his thoughtfulness and concern for members’ welfare, noting that the Christmas gesture reflected his genuine interest in the well-being of the people. He offered prayers for divine protection, blessings, and the fulfillment of Dr. Chukwu’s aspirations.
For Zone 2, Mr. DonSilas Anumba expressed gratitude to the principal for remembering members during the festive period. He pledged the continued support of the zone and its readiness to serve in any capacity, adding that members have continued to enjoy what he described as the dividends of the Founder’s goodwill.

In Zone 3, Hon. Uwamaechi Samuel Chukwu commended Dr. Chukwu for going the extra mile to ensure members celebrated Christmas with joy. He noted that the gesture reinforced the Founder’s strong connection with the grassroots and pledged the zone’s loyalty and support, describing him as a true man of the people.
Also speaking for Zone 4, Mr. Hillary Adibe, JP, appreciated Dr. Chukwu for his consistent support and for putting smiles on the faces of OACF members. He described the Founder as a man who keeps his promises, a remark that was followed by songs, dancing, and praise chants by women of the group.

In his remarks, Dr. Oluebube A. Chukwu, who is also the Head of the Due Process and Procurement Bureau in Abia State, thanked members for their dedication and steadfast support throughout the year 2025.
Represented by the Programme Manager of OACF, Mrs. Helen Mannic, Dr. Chukwu applauded members for their resilience and unity of purpose in advancing the Foundation’s activities. He urged them to remain committed, assuring them of greater plans and opportunities in the coming year.

He emphasized that his continued acts of generosity were not politically motivated but were driven by his genuine love for the people and his desire to contribute meaningfully to their growth and overall well-being.
The Christmas activities, which took place simultaneously in the four zones, featured the distribution of food items and clothing materials to members of the Foundation as part of efforts to support them during the festive season.

Highlights of the event included the distribution of over 300 bags of rice and 350 pieces of wrappers to members of the Foundation, alongside other tokens of appreciation, marking the celebration as a moment of joy, unity, and renewed hope for the new year.
