The delegation from the Ministry of Justice, led by the Attorney General of Abia State, Hon. Uwanna Ikechukwu, paid a courtesy visit to the Abia State Commissioner of Police.
During the visit, the team warmly welcomed the Commissioner of Police on his assumption of duty in the state. They further donated Abia law journals, Abia quarterly law reports, phones, and SIM cards, to the command.
The visit offered opportunity to discuss essential collaborative efforts, recognizing their roles as partners in the judicial system fighting against crime and criminality in the state.
The Commissioner of Police and his management team received the delegation and expressed appreciation for the visit. He emphasized the importance of the partnership and assured that, with enabling environment and continued collaboration, the goals of crime reduction, fairness, and justice would be effectively achieved in the state.
