Attack On Gov Ikpeazu: Sen. Orji Blows Hot ,Says Adeyemi Must Apologize To Abians

The Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial District, Senator Theodore Ahamefula Orji has frowned at the insults by Senator Smart Adeyemi, APC, Kogi West on the person of Governor of Abia State, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu on the floor of the senate

According to his spokesperson and Chief Liaison Officer, Ifeanyi Umere Sen. Orji regretted that a man like Smart Adeyemi “could go out of esteem as a senator to vocalize such uncouthness on the seating governor of Abia State without hindrance”.

He therefore demanded that Sen. Smart Adeyemi retract the insults on the person of the Governor as well as “tender well-worded apology to the Governor and people of Abia who elected him without delay and must crawl on his knees in utmost penitence and confession to court the forgiveness of all Abians for daring to insult Gov. Ikpeazu, a man with whom Abians are well pleased”.

Similarly, Sen. Orji, condemned in very strong terms, the destruction of Abayi Police Station, in Osisioma Ngwa Local Government Area by hoodlums early Tuesday morning. 

Sen. Orji urged every citizen to be vigilant and those with useful information that may lead to the arrest of the perpetrators of the dastardly act to volunteer such information to security agencies without delay.
