‘Be diligent’, Ukoha charges constituents as Aros in Diaspora sponsor training

Arochukwu indigenes popularly known as Aros in Diaspora have sponsored cum organized a skill development training workshop for Arochukwu entrepreneurs.

Speaking during the MoU signing in Arochukwu, Abia state, the Minority Whip/member representing Arochukwu State Constituency, Abia House of Assembly, Hon. Mike Onyekwere Ukoha, advised the trainers/students to be diligent in their assignments.

The lawmaker who is holding brief for the sponsors, thanked Mazi Ukwu Okoroji, of Ujari, Mazi David Iphie, of Agbagwu, Mazi Felix Okereke of Amuvi, and other members yet to sponsor, for bringing out their hard earned resources to train the selected youths in various skills.

He went further to express delight in the sponsors, and urged other well meaning Aros in Diaspora to follow the good steps.

Hon. Ukoha, said he will be delighted to see the trainees in the next six months or one year, becoming great entrepreneurs and in turn, training others.

In their separate speech, parents/guardians of the selected trainees who spoke on behalf of their children, such as Mrs. Ngozi Okoro from Agbawu village, Mr. Onyekachi Okoroji from Ujari village and Mazi Godwin Okorouga from Agbagwu, all expressed thanks to the sponsors.

They prayed God to bless the sponsors on their efforts to bring the best out of the children.

They also thanked Hon. Dr. Mike Ukoha, on his good Leadership style, which has greatly led to the partnerships between his office and Arochukwu sons and daughters in the diaspora to sponsor the selected youths, and prayed God to bless him.

Highlights at the occasion includes signing of agreement by the trainers/trainees as well as parents/guardians among others.
