The Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti, has directed the immediate retirement of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Former Acting Head Of Service, Lady Joy Maduka.
The Release signed by the Head of Service, Dr Mrs Ngozi Obioma, directed she hands over all the government properties in her custody to the most senior Director in the Ministry.
As at the time of this report, information regarding her dismissal was still sketchy.
