Wife of Abia State Governor, Mrs. Priscilla Otti
As Nigeria marks Democracy Day, the Wife of the Governor of Abia State, Mrs. Priscilla Otti, has issued a passionate appeal for greater inclusiveness of women in the nation’s democratic system.
