Meanwhile, the attorney general of the state and commissioner for justice, Mr. Ikechukwu Uwanna, said that they are motivated by the passion and drive of Governor Alex Otti, to put Abia on the front burner.

According to the Commissioner, “When we came on board, we discovered that all our documents are processed outside and this exposes sensitive documents to the wrong people, hence the digitalisation of all the departments to enable legal practitioners to do their work with ease.
This is a great leap for us because apart from Lagos state, Abia is the second state in the country to digitalise its laws and adjudications” he said.
