A Nollywood actor making a wave in the Nigerian movie industry, Bethel Walter has advised upcoming actors in the industry to believe in themselves and keep pushing to become better.
Speaking with our Entertainment Reporter recently, Walter, stated that he started acting as a child from primary school.
According to him, in his growing up days, from primary school to secondary school days at Christ the King College Onitsha (CKC), it was all about drama, stressing that drama have being part of him.
The Ngodo, Isuochi Abia-born actor called on the government to provide the industry practitioners with the necessary things they needed to enable them to release wonderful films like their colleagues outside Nigeria.
The thespian further advised upcoming actors to find a side hustle to support themselves and not to put all their eggs in one basket because as an upcoming actor, the pay may not be much. He said that he faced lots of challenges when he first joined the industry as there are times when he acted for a producer for many days and nights without being paid and without food and he nearly gave up acting but kept pushing and believing in himself.
Finally, he advised upcoming actors to keep believing in themselves and feed their minds with positive thoughts and have a side hustle that will be a plus to them.
