As Governor Okezie Ikpeazu marks his 58th Birthday Anniversary today, the Commissioner for Special Duties and Vulnerable Groups, Hon.Chisom Nwachukwu has joined eminent personalities in the state and beyond to felicitate with the Abia first citizen.
