The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and Strategy, Deaconess Caroline Igwe, made this public in a goodwill message she rolled out from her office in Umuahia.
Deaconess Igwe described the celebrant as a notable strategist and result-oriented professional, who seizes every opportunity given to him to truly elevate the information management of the state to the next level.
She noted that Dr Eze Chikamnayo is the arrow-head of rebuilder 365, which is the” latest social media campaign strategy undertaken by his Ministry to further reinforce what the Administration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has done, is doing and intends to do to positively change the tide and tempo of development” in the state.
The Information Permanent Secretary disclosed that Dr Chikamnayo is working round the clock to firmly catalyze and deepen the New Information Order in the state.
Caroline Igwe prayed Almighty God to bless Dr Eze Chikamnayo with many more years in good health and sound mind.
