Nwabuko promises to improve Ministry of Public Utilities

 

The new commissioner of Public Utilities, Hon Emma Nwabuko has assured Abians that is first point of call is to improve upon whatever that is in the ministry of Public Utilities so that portable water can begin to run in Umuahia and Aba.

In a chat with our reporter, Hon Nwabuko said he would do his best to uplift the Public Utilities ministry so that after his tenure he could beat his chest to say he has done well for Abia.

The three time commissioner said after meeting with the Directors of the Ministry to ascertain the state of the ministry, said he would cue the ministry into the vision of the governor.

“I will align the ministry with the government five pillars of development”, he added.

The commissioner of Public Utilities further promised to assist the government in achieving its vision of developing Abia through his ministry while calling on other commissioners to give their best.

Interacting with the wife, Barr Patricia Nwabuko, pledged her unalloyed support to her husband, stating that she would avail her husband suggestions that could boost the Ministry of Public Utilities and by extension, better Abia.
