2019 AFCON: Judgment Day for South Africa, Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire

Three super powers in African football will either cruise into the round of 16 or crash out of the AFCON after their respective matches today.

The Terenga Lions of Senegal, who have three points after two matches will take on the Harambee Stars of Kenya, who have the same number of points in a winner-takes-all encounter.

Bafana Bafana of South Africa will have to defeat highly rated Morocco or atleast secure a point and hope that other results go in their favor if they will progress to the round of 16. They lost their first match to Ivory Coast and defeated Namibia in their second match. With only three points, they need to avoid defeat to Morocco if they will not be eliminated.
