The last match of the first round of matches in the ongoing Africa Cup of nations between the Black Stars of Ghana and the Squirrel of Benin Republic ended in a 2-2 draw.
The Benin Republic drew the first blood when Mickael Pote scored as early as the second minute.
But, Black Stars captain, Andre Ayew restored parity on the 9th minute and his brother put the Ghanaians ahead before half time.
After the Black Stars were reduced to ten men, the Benin hitman, Pote scored his second of the night to ensure that both teams took a point home.
Earlier, Cameroon put their bonus row behind them to defeat Guinea-Bissau 2-0.
After a goalless first half, Yaya Banana and Stephane Bahoken scored within three minutes to give the defending champions all three points.
