A member of the second Assembly of Democracy Africa Youth Parliament , Amb. Graham Elendu, has called on the government to engage young and bright minds around the world and incorporate them into the scheme of things.
Speaking with our reporter shortly after being inaugurated as a member of the second Assembly of Democracy Africa Youth Parliament,among others, at Conference hall A, Nigeria Army Resource centre, Mambilla Barracks gate, Asokoro, FCT,Abuja,Amb. Elendu,who expressed joy,stated that the new position comes with huge responsibility.
“It is actually a mixed feeling,i see it as a huge burden of responsibility and at the same time,i feel elated to be amongst the few trusted enough to be given such huge responsibility”,he said.
He further stated that it is an opportunity for Nigerians to show their skills as they interact with youths from other African Countries.
Amb. Elendu ,however,charged youths to remain focused and resolute,despite the challenges being faced ,adding that Abia State can as well produce Pan-African leaders.
